PSG Aviation is a full service catering and event planning company, creating custom menus and décor to fit each client’s unique taste and budget.
Our goal is to ensure the complete satisfaction of every customer, while offering professional and friendly service at affordable rates.

PSG Aviation has provided delectable culinary delights to private
jets, boats and private parties. The founder and owner of PSG Aviation
Catering, started in Apulia, southern Italy with restaurant and bakery shops.
Having achieved much success, they expanded their operations and
PSG Aviation Catering now serves the best locations – Bari, Brindisi, Taranto.

We offer a wide selection of dishes, from appetizers to desserts, including hot and cold specialties, fresh seafood, salads, and more. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for details on ordering, pricing, and cancellations.

Orders and Delivery
The orders can be placed during office hours.
No catering order will be considered to be binding until the client has received confirmation from psg aviation via e-mail, sms message.

Prices and Invoicing
Food prices are subject to 10% VAT which will be added on the invoice. Delivery prices are subject to 22% VAT which will be added on the invoice.

Cancelation
Less than 24 office hours before delivery 50% Less than 12 office hours before delivery 100%

Liability
psg aviation assures that their products are fresh and well packed. Once they are handed over to the customer or handling agent, psg aviation will no longer be responsible for the goods.

Conditions of payments
If you do not have a corporate contract with our company for regular deliveries, payment upon receipt of delivery will be applied according to our policy.

Short terms orders or special wishes
Additional fees will be charged for express orders. Short term orders must be taken by e- mail during office hours (6:00 – 20:00 LT). The acceptance of short terms orders is conditional.
Express order – less then 12 office hours before delivery +30% Express order – less then 6 office hours before delivery +50% Express order – less then 3 office hours before delivery +100%

Minimum order
Our minimum order value is 200€, VAT exluded.

Data protection
No third party will receive any data concerning the names, adresses or any other information of our clients. It will be used solely for the processing of the orders.

Change in order
All changes in orders must be confirmed by us and announced at least 12 office hours before the delivery deadline.

Force Majeure
psg aviation is not liable for whole or partial non-performance or suspesion of its obligation as a direct result of labor strikes, fire, flood, inability to obtain material, traffic jams, accidents, breakdowns, war, insurrection, riot, bad weather conditions, government acts or regulations or any other cause (wether or not a likely nature) beyond the company’s control.

Services & Fees
Delivery to the airport…………. 25€ (VAT 22%)

Other
Special request: (ex.Caviar, fresh truffle, lobster, oyster, champagnes, prestigious brand of wines etc) and special items bought on request will be fully charged.
Anything not expressly specified in this list, will be agreed from time to time.

PSG Aviation’s catering service is provided by Portico San Giorgio Restaurant, blending various culinary styles from steakhouse to fine dining with homemade pasta. Located in Otranto, the restaurant offers a unique culinary experience, perfect for any occasion, from casual outings with friends to elegant gala dinners.
